To say I was surprised is an understatement!
I am blessed to be able to work with you all for the Firm's floral needs. Kay, you always make me laugh when calling in an order. Frank, it doesn't hurt my feelings when you tell me that your delivery is not for me. I sill get to enjoy the beautiful arrangements until they are picked up.
You would have had no way of knowing, but the particular week was personally hard for me. Our first grandchild, Carter, was born last year on February 15. He passed away three days later on February 18.
Those stunning flowers truly brightened my day and lightened my heart.
Thank you, again, for not only the flowers, but for creating such an enjoyable work relationship.
